Despite the fact that processed products can be harmful to our health, many people buy them. If they did not buy, then the producers would not produce them, and the stores would not buy such quantities. Simple. You do not need to research to notice it. In fact, it is almost ready to eat, and as a man hungry and busy, he wants to buy and eat and have a meal out of his head, and not yet stand in the kitchen. In addition, the deliciousness of these products also tempts with its attractiveness, thanks to various blends of spices, fats and chemical additives, whose task is to lure us even more.
And in fact, when we buy, we can eat quickly, even maybe it tastes, but what about health? Is our health worth those saved a dozen or so minutes? And is preparing a healthy meal really so difficult, time-consuming and beyond the capabilities of the busiest or lazy man? Of course not! However, this is what the shopping lists, planning and time organization are all about.

Consuming a large number of unprocessed products is associated with many health benefits, which is why our purchases should include as much as possible of these products.

The purchase of a wide range of fruits and vegetables is very important to supplement the daily demand for vitamins, minerals and fiber. It is important to consume different products, because each of them brings something else to our health.
Vitamins and minerals are needed for the proper functioning of the body. They affect the level of our energy, the degree of resistance, regeneration, well-being, and fiber, while it facilitates digestion. Any deficiencies in the diet expose us more to the development of chronic diseases, the emergence of infection and general deterioration of health.
Fruit that should be included in our menu: apples, apricots, bananas, berries, cranberries, lemons, melons, oranges, pears.

As mentioned before, fiber is essential for the processes associated with digestion, so that it cares about the health of the digestive system, and increases the feeling of satiety after a meal. This is quite important, because the feeling of fullness will distract us from snacking and reaching for processed, easily available snacks.
The most important whole grains, which can be easily added to the list: rice and cereal (various varieties), oatmeal and other, whole-grain pasta, good quality bread. It is also worth considering products based on quinoa, which will also provide us with proteins.
Dairy products provide us with proteins, calcium and vitamin D. They are of particular importance for maintaining health, density and bone strength.
What products are worth attention? Certainly they are curd, good quality yoghurt with bacterial cultures, feta cheese, kefir and other cheeses, preferably without unnecessary additives.
There are still many products that can bring us a number of health benefits and that do not fit into any of the above categories. These are, for example: almond butter (or other nuts), balsamic vinegar, eggs, honey, nuts, olive oil. It is always worth reading the composition on the packaging, because each of these products can be less and more valuable. In the case of peanut butter, it is worth seeing what the sugar content is and whether other ingredients have been added to indicate that the product is more processed.
