Your workout’s not complete until you eat. Smoothies are the perfect snack to turn to after working up a sweat: Easy to make and digest, they offer a simple way to get the protein you need to build muscle, the carbs you need to restore the glycogen you burned during exercise, and antioxidants that fight inflammation and cell damage.
- 30 g, Raw Shelled Hemps Seeds
- 1 tbsp, Flax Seeds
- 12 raw Almonds
- 1 cup, Blueberries – raw
- half of the medium, Avocado
- 2 cups/ 85g, Organic Baby Spinach
- 12 oz water (if you use milk add its nutritional values)
Blend all ingredients in either Nutribulet or in food processor. Pour into your favorite glass and top with tablespoon of whip cream, if you like. You can add some whey protein too if you want to lift up proteins and calorie.
