I have this yogurt-berry dessert after my late workouts when I still need to reach my protein goal for the day. Who says that you need to go sleep hungry? Your body works 24/7, therefore, it needs fuel to function while you are asleep too. Knowing that I have a reward waiting for me at the end, help get through whole day. Sometimes that reward is a nice hot bath or a massage, but usually it's my post-workout snack!
- 112 g, Siggi's 2% Plain Low Fat Yogurt
- 30 gram, Raspberries' – Fresh
- 30 grams, Blackberries (Fresh, Raw)
- 15 g (1/4 cup), Sliced
Arrange all ingredients in small dessert dish. Sprinkle top with sliced almonds and enjoy!!!!
Note: You can add 1 or 2 tablespoons of whip cream.
