Nutritional Consultation & Audit

I ask every new client to keep a food diary of exactly what is consumed during the preceding week. This way we can accurately conduct a full scale audit of dietary habits and make positive changes that are particular to how you eat.
I'm also very careful to integrate your nutritional plan within your existing lifestyle. My view is that the word “diet” is a misnomer, and my main concern is putting you on the right track to create enduringly healthy eating habits.
Depending upon the client and the goals, I also map out a full scale supplementation programme that includes every possible permutation of what food supplements a client could take to their enhance their progress.

Bespoke Exercise Programme
This includes a full 90 days of workouts, from resistance training to cardio and active rest sessions. You complete detailed assessment and appraisal forms where we learn not just the hard facts of your previous exercise experience and medical history, but also seek to understand exactly what motivates you in the pursuit of your own unique physical excellence. I write up a fully personalised 90 days training programme for you encompassing every aspect of exercise science that will allow you to achieve your goals in the swiftest possible time. Every workout for the month is planned out – right down to load (weight), repetitions (that in some cases we will deliberately vary from workout to workout), and rest intervals. This way we can accurately predict your progress, and eliminate the need for any guesswork on your part.

Your meal and workout plans will be laid out in Google Sheets.

Google Sheets is basically Microsoft Excel “in the cloud,” which means it’s accessible on any Internet-connected device and all changes are automatically saved and viewable by both you and your coach. You will have diet and training sheets for every day of your 90-day transformation so, every day, all you’ll have to do is eat the foods and do the workouts on that day’s sheets. No guesswork. No confusions. No way to accidentally mess it up.

Your coach will review your diet and training sheets every day.

Here’s where the accountability comes into play. In this daily review, your coach will review your compliance, progress, and notes to ensure everything is going well. If you left anything in your notes that needs addressing or if I have any questions or sees anything to modify or address, I’ll reach out immediately before it becomes a problem.
